Booked this place about 3 weeks before I left Ireland, when we arrived, with my friend, who travelled 2 days from the US West coast no less, we found a construction site. the hotel rep in charge arranged for us to stay at another hotel.......my complaint here is pretty obvious, how can this site, including the hotel owners, put rooms up for sale, that are non existent. Very underhanded indeed. My first time to write a hotel review like this.......hope its my last. Sure, you can have hiccups here and there travelling in various Countries, but this kind of behaviour is a no-no! Having said that, Cape Town is a great place, and I'd go back there again.
