 Stadium nearby. Explore an assortment of Espresso bars, Italian  
 restaurants, Cafes and Boutiques lining the Main Road and Sea Point  
 Promenade.  
  
 The Space:  
 This space effortlessly blends style with comfort, offering ideal  
 living. The stunning open-plan living area includes a fully equipped  
 kitchen, complete with modern appliances and a dining table with  
 seating for two. It also consists of a cosy lounge, ideal for unwinding
