Wifi payant. Pas de petit déjeuner. Cet appartement n'est pas géré par la réception de l'immeuble qui n'a pas voulu appeler pour nous le numéro fixe qui figurait sur le bon expedia. Il faut appeler ce numéro pour que quelqu'un vienne (on a attendu plus de 3/4 d'heure). Il n'y a pas de bagagerie et les chambres ne sont pas disponibles avant 15 heures ce qui peut gâcher la journée si on arrive tôt le matin. The unit was as pictured. The unit is spacious enough for 4 people. Plenty of closet and storage space in the bedrooms. Nicely decorated an furnished. Hallway and corridor noise will travel into unit as the kitchen and bedroom windows face the interior of the building. Balcony seating for two enjoyable. The 32'' TV was too small for the apartment. TV needs to be at least 45''. No problems with connecting to the internet. Security at front door was always present. The air con unit in the hallway does not heat or cool the two bedrooms. Knock at door from woman and man claiming to come and service the AC on our second day. Same woman later returned and apologize for having the wrong unit at the same time attempting to gain access while tuning the door handle. Felt safe ( subjective as a 50 y/o AA 6'3'' in shape man) walking in the area. Points faibles : Service et personnel #### Information Lacking So I think it’s important for guests to know that this is a privately owned room! It is not through the conventional home away from home agents. So when you arrive you have to wait for someone to bring your key. We waited 35 minutes before our key arrived. Things were very unconventional, as the person who bought us the key, then proceeded to get in our car with us to take us up to our allocated parking spot. You then proceed to go through the corporate side of the building, past offices to get to the lifts to go up to the relevant floor. The room was clean and neat but the room is not serviced (something that should be clearly marked on the Hotels.com app). To have your room serviced daily, its an additinal charge of R175 p/day to have someone literally make your bed and wipe down the counters etc. Honestly the room is not bad, i just was expecting more and felt that important information was left out. The DSTV has VERY limited channels (you have to scroll through many inactive channels before finding something worth watching). I feel for what I paid I could have got more else where. Checking out is a bit of a mission, you have to take your luggage out, get to the car, tag the car out of the parking lot. Then if you are two people, 1 must wait in the car on the street, while the other runs back up to the room, to throw the key through the bathroom window. Did not know this when booking. Apartment was ok but not as good as photos led us to believe. Looks a bit tired and needs some updating. Initially, I was concerned that they have no central desk to check in at, but the process was very smooth and hassle-free. The apartment was incredibly clean and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and air-conditioning a particular bonus. The staff were very friendly when showing us into the hotel, and also fixed our intercom without prompting when it was found to be broken. This was done quickly and efficiently, with no inconvenience caused to us at all. It was awesome having a Food Lovers Market and coffee shop downstairs. Please note that there is an extra charge (R175/day) if you want to have the room serviced and being an apartment there is no breakfast, room service, little shampoo's etc.so make sure you bring everything along. Please note that there is no checkin desk - you have to phone the number on the booking and then wait (I waited over half an hour) for someone to bring the key and show you where to park etc. ##### Paul
