I stayed here with my in laws, sister in law/ brother in law and my family for one week in June. The elevator was a huge help for my injured heel, especially staying on the 4th floor. There was plenty of room and bathroom space for everyone. The main floor with the kitchen and dining area was nice and open and good for family meals. The air conditioning worked well and the space was clean and organized nicely. The 3rd floor mattresses/ beds weren’t as comfortable as the mattress in the master suite but that was the only complaint from people. The porch, location, and distance to the beach/ shops was very manageable. Right across the street from the amazing day spa! We would stay again! ##### Alexandra G. Even more beautiful than the photos! The house was very big and had a great layout in the living room for hanging out. The kithchen was very well stocked. The place is clean, comfortable and has all the right touches. We had a family group of 8 adults and we each had our own queen bed and lots of space to unpack. The offstreet parking was a plus and so were the bikes! Who doesn't love a good bike ride to the beach. And we put together a couple of the house puzzles. Jul 23, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Good property, but interesting host dynamics The property was great, and although it is a beach house, it should be more obvious that sheets and towels are not included, so be sure to bring some.I was staying here with friends for a bachelorette party, and the owner came by one day to ask if he could access the storage closet, which we thought was odd to knock on the door while we were leaving for the beach. Once he realized we were there for a bachelorette, he asked us not to hang tape on the walls. We weren't planning on it, but seems an odd ask.We wouldn't have been so turned off by the intrusion if not for the day we were checking out, which very clearly lists a checkout time of 10am. A few of us were sitting on the deck the morning of check, and the cleaning lady showed up at 8:30 to ask when we were leaving. Then the owner said good morning to us and was pacing back and forth for an hour waiting for us to leave. Then later that day he called my personal cell phone - after we checkout - to accuse me of breaking the elevator, even though we did not use it. It seems like they're not quite comfortable with renting out the property. We paid a lot of money for two nights and were visited both days, and made to feel like an inconvenience. ##### Anastasia A.
