Inside you will find many amenities: high ceilings, flat screen TV and gas fireplace, lots of windows, and hardwood flooring throughout the home. The dining room seats twelve at the table and three more at the counter. The modern kitchen offers plenty of counter and cabinet space. The powder room and laundry, just off the kitchen, are located on the first floor. A deck just off the kitchen overlooks a cute and nicely landscaped back yard and offers a gas grill for your use.
