Three bedrooms, two full bathrooms plus an outdoor shower, a furnished sunroom, plus a deck off of the back (with seating) for your outdoor grilling...all within the privacy of the fully fenced in backyard. One car garage to store your beach stuff and bikes along with a washer/dryer for your convenience as well. Fully stocked kitchen with coffee makers, stand mixer, baking pans, and all of the serving ware you could use. Bedding, towels (including beach towels), and all linens included for your convenience.
