Enjoy an unforgettable vacation with great comfort in this spacious villa. The living room invites you to relax. A 65 inch TV and an Apple TV are available for entertainment. For music fans we have installed the speaker system from Sonos (WLAN speaker). The kitchen, with the adjoining dining area, is spacious and offers plenty of space for cooking. It has a very good equipment including new stainless steel devices and a Nespresso machine (please bring capsules). The master bedroom, with direct pool access, has an adjoining bathroom with bathtub, a large walk-in shower from two sides and a double vanity. A walk-in closet offers enough space for your clothes, shoes and other things. The 2nd Bedroom also has its own pool access through a sliding glass door. The bathroom is right next to it. The 3rd and 4th Bedrooms are right next to it and have another bathroom. The pool area is spacious. Here you will find loungers to relax and enjoy the Florida sun for a long time due to the south-facing pool. A hot tub is also available for you. The salt water pool is operated with a salt system, which makes the water very pleasant and gentle on the skin. In principle, it is a fresh water pool without chlorine. You are guaranteed to no longer have irritated eyes. A boat rental is recommended !!! In Florida, no boat license is required and the boat rented from us is located directly on your in-house boat dock. B. the beaches to Sanibel and Captiva! Dolphins are guaranteed. After booking, you can then directly select the boat you want from us. Electricity is paid by consumption with 18 US-Cent / Kwh. The final amount will be deducted from the security deposit after check out. That has not been my experience with other property management companies. I rented a property that sleeps 9 for my family of 7\. The property owner accused me of having too many people at the property and harassed me throughout our stay to pay more. The property owner canceled our original stay and changed the dates of my reservation. VRBO validated this was a violation of our agreement. The pool was dirty and full of bugs upon arrival. It was cleaned after I complained to the property management team. After coming home the property owner charged us an addition 300 for electric. The only thing we could possibly complain about is that the second king bedroom has large sliding doors and no screen. It is not within the pool screen either. All though the area was still undergoing repairs from Hurricane Ian, our place was untouched and neighborhood quiet. We saw 10 burrowing owls every day on our walks around the area- a real treat! The pool/hot tub were perfect although a little difficult to operate- updated instructions in the guest book would have been helpful as well as instructions for the TV - overall a wonderful month long stay . ##### Ruth R. It was definitely the best stocked kitchen we have ever stayed in and with quality items, no Dollar Store stuff. A dock was being built while we were there. For four full days, the noises from cranes, saws, and generators, not to mention workers’ radios and men shouting, dominated our experience at this house. The work began most mornings at 6:45 am and continued until 4:30 pm. We could not hear each other talk when we were sitting outside during the day. We contacted the property managers (owners?) and we were met with indifference. The managers/owners knew the construction of the dock started a week before we arrived and failed to communicate anything to us. When you rent a home with a pool and a hot tub and a view of the water, you expect to be able to enjoy these elements. Only on our final day did we experience how nice it could have been. Advance communication along with some planning, accommodation and effort could have dramatically helped our soured attitudes toward this house and their rental group, CoralVilla. Renter beware - now that the dock is close to completion, construction on a house will be next. ##### J F. First, and most importantly, it was VERY clean, and I'm pretty picky about things like baseboards and floors. Next, the decor was beautiful, the layout was great, the beds were comfy, and this was just an overall great rental. Other things we loved about this rental were the awesome outdoor space with an awesome pool and spa, the well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals, and the excellent communication with the property manager.
