Exceptionally clean, quiet and very well appointed, this property has everything you and your family " children welcome" will need to enjoy the beautiful Southwest Florida area. This home is on a wide canal and with beautiful boat ride alongside a natural preserve to the river, the Gulf of Mexico and beyond... Near Sanibel and Captiva Islands by boat or car and close to restaurants, entertainment and shops. The foyer opens into the lovely great room with views of the pool and canal through the Lanai sliders. This home includes three bedrooms, two full baths, kitchen nook, and a large kitchen with pantry, large master bedroom with sliding doors out to the lanai and electric heated pool. The master bath has a separate tub and shower and a walk in closet. There are granite counter tops in the kitchen and the laundry room is just off the kitchen with a large pantry. We are located in a very quiet neighborhood in one of the most desirable areas of SW Cape Coral. For the boaters, there is a wrap around dock where you can tie up your boat with water and electric at the dock. While boating, the entire way out you will be passing through some of the most exclusive neighborhoods in Cape Coral past huge waterfront houses and impressive boats, beautiful manicured lawns and impressive gardens. It's amazing to find such solitude right next to such magnificent neighborhoods! Sanibel Island beckons boaters and car owners. There, you can enjoy beautiful beaches, the Sanibel light house and some of the best shelling in the world. Get there early and you'll find the shells that have become exposed from the previous truly amazing finds. Bring some beach chairs and a cooler and you're set for a relaxing day at the beach! The pool was clean and has pool toys and floats. We sat on the dock and done a little fishing, just caught cat fish. Very well appointed. It is close to Bokeelia fishing pier. You have Cape Coral yacht club where you can watch the sun set. The property is beautiful. Please check out the spice cabinet before shopping. The layout of the house makes it perfect for families with a wing for the kiddos and a master wing on the other side of the house. But, of course the shining jewel is the clean, warm pool, complete with water toys. After exploring the area all day, it was so calming to realize that we had that pool to come home to and unwind in. The communication with the property manager was always met with a swift and appropriate reply. When traveling with young kids it's always a relief to have things go smoothly and staying in this beautiful home made our vacation one of the best we've had. The house was clean and very well kept, looked exactly like is shown. It had everything we could possibly need while there and then some. The beds were super comfortable and that is something I struggle with when not sleeping in my own bed. I liked it so much I'm tempted to contact them to find out what kind of bed it was! The kids (ages 13,11 & 6) loved the pool and the toys/floaties that were there to use, the pool water was the perfect temperature too. They also were excited that there were fishing rods in the garage, and they could do a little fishing. The only downside was the location, it was a little far from everything we went to check out while there. But that being said, we would stay again. The first one being the light was out in the second bathroom. We contacted Don on Monday. He said he would be out Tuesday to take a look. He didn’t show up. It was still out Thursday when we left. Darkness in a bathroom can be an issue. The second one was Don contacted me to say the pool guy would be out Wednesday to take a look at the pool. They had been having issues with it. He called back the following day to say he wouldn’t be there until Friday which was great as we were che licking out Thursday. We left for a quick lunch on Wednesday. When we got back the pool guy was there adding water and chemicals. It was not a really warm day but the water was very pleasant in the morning before we left. Jul 7, 2024 Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy Disliked: Cleanliness #### Amazing waterfront property The villa is very grand and is very much an adult holiday, very VERY quiet and tranquil great for just chilling out, the pool was heated naturally to 35 degrees which was perfect not to cold not to warm absolutely perfect. Plenty of crockery and cups, there were a good selection of things you take for granted like sugar, salt, pepper etc. there was also in every room with a sink hand washing soap and a bottle of hand sanitizer which was a really nice thoughtful touch. Another thing I absolutely loved was no daft games room in the garage it was a garage for a car which is perfect your car stops cool and gives you better easier access to the kitchen when your bring the shopping back, the garbage dates were clearly posted and by the garage door so every time you went out it reminds you. The master bathroom is huge. Only downside was when we arrived very late on the first date and just did some shopping for the first day at a local shop so did the shopping went to bed. Next morning came to make breakfast and every cup, plate and cooking utensil had food remains on it I was very disappointed and angry as I spent over an hour cleaning everything I needed for breakfast before I could even start this included the kettle being rusty and unusable. I the management company who in all fairness were very apologetic and sent a new cleaner round to clean the bbq , which was vile, and she spent 2 hours cleaning for us and the management company sent a new kettle over.
