Paradise Welcomes You! This 2100 square foot opulent waterfront home with beautiful views of the water is ready for you!
This home is fully equipped for a wonderful relaxing vacation. Fishing equipment, coolers, gas grill, kayaks, bikes, beach chairs, beach towels, bath towels, linens, starter soap, detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, and more to make your stay as comfortable as possible! There is a fully equipped kitchen or you may choose to try one of the many wonderful restaurants near by.
You can start your day by taking a swim in your own heated pool, walk or bike in the beautiful Orchid neighborhood, put a kayak in the water and explore the intoxicating views and aquatic life, or just sip a cup of coffee in the screened lanai and enjoy the expansive canal with a river view. You also may want to get a fishing pole down on the dock and try to catch the big one! Sitting on the dock or in the lanai you may witness dolphins, manatees, rays and tarpon swimming by. Sanibel Island, Fort Myers Beach, or the Gulf of Mexico, are just a drive or a boat ride away, there are many boat rentals and Captains here in the Cape to assist you with whatever you need.
We are sure you will find this home very welcoming, with wonderful views from most every room! The main bedroom has a king bed, TV and table for a relaxing glass of wine or a place to privately look at your computer and your own private bathroom with large soaking tub and walk in shower.
Bedroom 2 has a king sized bed and TV. Bedroom three has a queen sized bed and twin sized bed with its own TV. They have a shared bathroom with walk in shower conveniently placed in between the rooms. There is also a sofa bed and linens available.
The main area of the home has a living room and separate family room, dining room and a kitchen that has everything you need to make a quick burger on the grill or that wonderful romantic dinner you have always wanted to make together but never have the time. The home has recently been updated and redecorated and furnished in a coastal style.

The house have anything you need and the location is just breathtaking - we had the most beautiful sunsets every evening and we saw dolphins in the canal almost every day. The best views!

This is our second stay, and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time. The home is clean, equipped with everything you need, and has the best views! Our son caught several fish each day from the dock as well. Communication with Mary couldn’t have been better. A storm came through and tore the screen on the lanai, and she had it fixed the next morning. We will definitely be back!

Perfect family vacay!

The views were perfect. Restaraunts, beaches, putt putt, and escape rooms are all close by! Perfect kitchen for cooking. This house has everything you need already there. We packed and probably could have left half of it at home. Pool toys, floats, games, and everything needed for the kids. We absolutely loved our vacation and our pup did too!!! 10 out of 10 recommend! Mary was so friendly and quick to respond.

Wonderful Family Vacation Spot!

The home was just as pictured. The water view was awesome and we used the pool every day! The home was fully stocked with all the kitchen essentials and we enjoyed the outdoor grill as well. Mary, the property manager, was very responsive and helpful! My family of seven lived our trip!!

wunderschöne Sonnenaufgänge in Cape Coral

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet und der Blick von der Terrasse auf den breiten Kanal ist wunderschön. Alles im Haus funktioniert super, es fehlt an nichts. Lieben Dank noch einmal an Mary, die uns dieses tolle Haus zur Verfügung gestellt hat. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Felt just like home!

The most wonderful VRBO we've ever stayed at! Not only does it look exactly like the listing, but it was actually so much more. The garage is filled with everything you could possibly need for the perfect vacation- 4 kayaks, 6 or more bikes or various sizes, pool floats, fishing gear, beach gear, cooler, and more! The kitchen had a cabinet filled with spices and cooking/baking basics. There were plastic bags for food storage, parchment paper, foil, etc. Extra sunscreen and lotion. Warm, cozy blankets to snuggle up on the couch. Cabinets full of games, puzzles, playing cards and movies. I truly can't imagine a thing that wasn't provided, and it made it feel just like home away from home. We stayed 2 weeks and didn't have a single problem with anything in the home. The location can't be beat, with the most amazing sunrises from the dock. We saw dolphins swimming in the canal, caught many fish and crabs, and docked a rented boat which was so easy to get out onto the river. I can't recommend this home enough!!!

What can I say about this home, location, and the owners?

Our week at Orchid Oasis, celebrating our 20th anniversary, was truly magical. The home is spacious and beautifully decorated, with fantastic views. We enjoyed our coffee on the deck every morning, and we rarely cooked, as we took the opportunity to savor the local restaurants, all conveniently located near the home. The owners are incredibly responsive and kind. The house is equipped with numerous games and TVs for those rainy evenings, and every detail was thoughtfully provided for our convenience. We especially loved seeing the Burrowing Owls in the community—a true highlight of our stay! We can't wait to visit again soon.
