I liked everything BUT the raccoons that were Randomly walking around the pool where my kids were in the evening, and on the walking paths. It was very uncomfortable, they are not afraid of people and you can see where they’re being feed in the walking trails. That was the only thing that I was very uncomfortable with, especially having kids that like to take daily runs thru those trails. Everything else was beautiful and we really enjoyed ourselves!

This property has EVERYTHING!! From the amenities to the staff, our stay was wonderful. Everyone in the area is so friendly. This was our third visit to this resort and will not stay anywhere else, it is excellent for both family vacations to romantic, relaxing getaways.

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the property our only disappointment was the communication with the check in staff regarding the incidental fee and that we could use it during our stay and that anything over the 115 we would just pay the difference. In actuality they refund you the incidental fee but charge you the full charge of what you charge to your room. This was not how it was explained and every hotel does things differently so this was very confusing. My only other complaint is that the baby/kid area was not heated like the main pool but besides that the main pool was wonderful and we had a lot of fun in it. We enjoyed the Thursday night dj for the pool party but wished that they had that more nights. The rooms were great.

Was really happy with this hotel!! We had a 1 bedroom suite which had all the amenity’s we needed. Loved that it had a balcony and washer/dryer in suite. The pool was heated super warm which made for some nice swims since it was a bit chilly outside. Was also happy with the water slide, lazy river, activities for kids in the lobby and the arcade. Plus the board walk to the beach is peaceful and pretty close! We plan to stay here again nxt winter. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful

It was a perfect place to stay before our Cruise. We could even see the rocket launch from the beach. The pool was nice but wish it was heated since it was winter. The kids activities were nice. The room was so spacious and having a washer and dryer was a big plus as well.

Hotel is very well maintained and clean. Some upgrades are needed and seems like they working on it. The restaurant service is a little slow during busy hours as it appears to be understaffed

Staff was super friendly. Did not like the check in. i personally want to just check in and get the key to room with instructions on the property. Did not expect to have to go to another room to have a conversation in regards to potential timeshare. Not interested. Otherwise place was awesome. Staff was super friendly and helpful! so nice to have a boardwalk to the ocean.

Weekend Stay
Awesome location near cruise ships before or after a trip. Walkable to Launch Pad 1. Comfortable rooms with all the amenities you’d need. Love the pool area/hot tubs/lazy river. Great for the kids.

Most amenities broken. Water slide closed for duration of stay and through the next week. Lazy river, closed. Hot tub- broken. We were not notified of this ahead of time, not even at arrival. No updates on website. We chose this property solely based for the lazy river and water slide. Tried to speak to front desk, staff, and they said they can’t do anything and no manager was present. Asked 3 occasions to speak management. Very disappointing. It is very humid with poor drainage, outside our room/villa was puddles and puddles- very slippery and did not dry or have anywhere to drain.

Perfect Family Staycation
We had a great stay! Loved the room and all the amenities. Pool, lazy river and water slide were fun. Staff was great. The rooms were extremely clean and had all the comforts of home. The kitchen had everything we needed. There was no noise from the rooms around us. Beds were comfortable. Only concern was the time to check in...I think 4 pm is a bit late. Otherwise it was amazing and we will be back to stay again!

Wonderful pools, indoor and outdoor dining, pathways to the beach - very nice!! We were not thrilled with the check-in process though. We were not expecting to have to listen to a timeshare pitch in order to receive our room key & parking pass. It would have been good to know before we arrived so that we could have been prepared. Otherwise, a beautiful resort!!
