Beauchamp is a traditional 19th century Perigordian stone farmhouse with a 3-bedroom holiday home sleeping up to 6 people with aircon and a private heated pool, situated in the peaceful Dordogne countryside, 5 minutes from the medieval town of Monpazier and 45 minutes from Sarlat.  
  
MAISON 130 m² rated 3 stars by the Perigord Ministry of Tourism has a private east-west facing garden with terrace and gazebo accommodating up to 6 people for Alfresco dining, BBQ, sun-loungers and a heated 5x3m above ground pool, open all year round. Heated beginning April to end September. On request outside these months, with a supplement for heating.  
  
Living room, kitchen and dining room with sitting area and television. Next to the living room is an additional room to work.  
  
One bedroom which is suitable for people with reduced mobility has its own entrance, a king size bed (150x200) and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower.  
  
Stairs lead to the first floor with two bedrooms, each with 90x200 beds and en-suite bathrooms with showers, WC and electric blinds.  
  
Accommodates up to 6 guests, including children.

Beauchamp is the perfect base to discover the Dordogne. The Bastide towns of Belvès and Beaumont, the Dordogne River enveloped by medieval villages and fortresses are 15 minutes away.   
  
The main town of Bergerac and airport are 45 minutes’ drive. Driving in the other direction, within 30 minutes you can visit the beautiful Bastide towns of Villereal and Monflanquin in the Lot-et- Garonne.

#### Absolutely Fabulous

We were a party of 5 young at heart seniors who enjoyed every minute. The accommodation was of a high standard and a lot of thought went into the detail to make our stay 5\*. The beds were very comfortable and the ensuites immaculate. The weather at the time was hot and we made use of the lovely pool and aircon. The location was perfect, isolated and quiet, yet only 6km from a delightful village Monpazier. I hope we have the pleasure of returning again. Thank you Sonja & Mark

#### Capdrot and the Dordogne Summer 2022

Had a fantastic holiday in this wonderful Gite which located in the stunning Dordogne countryside. Everything about this property is first class from the quality beds and linen to all of the many first rate appliances, a proper home from home with nothing missing.The pool was an absolute godsend as was the highly efficient and quiet air conditioning which is present in every room. The location was perfect just a 5 minute drive from the beautiful medieval town of Monpazier. Sonia and Mark were the perfect hosts, nothing was too much trouble but you didn't know they were there.

#### Wonderful gite and hosts exceptional

We had a wonderful holiday. The Gite has been renovated to exceptionally high standards. Air conditioning, black out electric blinds upstairs rooms. En-suite rooms with lovely toiletries. Great little pool which the kids loved -with fun ‘noodles’, beach ball and a BBQ outside. Sun loungers, gazebo, and outside table and chairs. Beautiful tranquil location, next to small farm, overlooking fields and classic traditional French countryside. Images synonymous with Van Gaugh paintings. Good location with plenty of day trip possibilities within an hour or so drive - caves, many Chateaus (castles), Bastide towns and Dordogne river and canoe/kayak trips. Monpazier - 7 minute drive - a stunning Bastide town with lovely restaurants and so beautiful. Hosts were fabulous - incredibly responsive to any need - from topping up the pool if needed, removing bugs with a gadget, helping to book trips, plenty of advice and support if needed. The Gite is full of all mod cons - self dosing washer dryer, smoothie maker, induction hob, smart TV and excellent reliable broadband - even when outside!! We would be finitely go back and highly recommend. Claire and Rob

La location est de qualité tout est prévu pour un somptueux séjour, les propriétaire sont très sympathiques et au petits soins pour les vacanciers. Le cadre est reposant et en total indépendance avec les autres locataires/propriétaires. Maison très bien équipés, terrasse et piscine très agréables.
