Equipped with comfortable sun loungers, it invites guests to enjoy the sun and the marine landscape. Additionally, the apartment has access to a generously sized communal pool, measuring 10 meters long by 9 meters wide and with a variable depth of up to 1.80 meters. This pool is the ideal place to cool off and enjoy a dip. Both the terrace and the pool offer a relaxing and cozy atmosphere, perfect for enjoying an unforgettable holiday by the sea. The interior of this penthouse offers a cozy and functional atmosphere. The living room features air conditioning, a comfortable sofa, and a Smart TV for entertainment. The open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob and is ready for cooking, providing all the necessary amenities.
