This welcoming first-floor apartment on Viale dei Gabbiani 3 in Lido Altanea, Caorle, is ideal for families or small groups seeking a beachside escape. Just 500 meters from the sea, the home offers a cozy living room with a double sofa bed, TV, dining table, and seating area. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, hood, fridge, and washbasin. There are two comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds, plus a bathroom with a shower, washbasin, toilet, and bidet. A private balcony invites guests to relax outdoors, while air conditioning ensures a cool and pleasant stay. The property is designed with convenience in mind. Guests can enjoy garden furniture for outdoor dining, a shared swimming pool with a children’s section, and play equipment for younger visitors. Parking is available on-site, and general supplies and restaurants are all within a short walking distance.
