Comfortable and well-equipped apartment for up to five guests, located on the 5th floor in a building with an elevator and a shared outdoor pool, only 250 m from the beach. It consists of a living/dining room with a double sofa bed, a separate fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed plus a single bed, a spacious balcony where you can spot the sea, and a complete bathroom with a shower box and a washing machine. One uncovered parking space is included. A/C is available at an additional cost (check below). °Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid June/early September): exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance. °Photos are generic and representative of the accommodation type (furniture, décor, and colors may vary)
