Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 60 sqm and can accommodate up to 6 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance leads directly in the kitchen living. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room / bedroom with 2 additional beds at couch/sofa, dinette and TV. You have access to the terrace. Kitchenette in the living room / bedroom with dinette, gas stove, oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave and washing machine.
1st floor: Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed. You have access to the balcony. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and window.
TV or radio channel can be received only in national language per antenna.


Location
Porto Santa Margherita. The holiday home is located on a enclosed garden plot, bordered by a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Parking is available on the property.

Air conditioning. Television reception via antenna. TV channels only in the local language.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector, smoke detector, fire extinguisher, first aid kit and childproof power sockets.


Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (in operation from early June to early September, 10 m x 19 m, 2.20 m deep). Paddling pool and children's pool (4 m x 4 m, 1.50 m deep).
