You will have access to the entire home for the duration of your stay. Other Things to Note: The property has a walkway down to the water so that you have direct access to Canyon Lake. Features Description: • Access: The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad. A unique door code will be sent to you a couple of days before check-in, no need to meet anyone for keys. • Quiet Hours: 10 PM - 8 AM. Please keep noise levels down to respect our neighbors. • Age: All guests must be 18+ with the exception of children with their parents. • Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage. • Trash: Please dump liquids into the sink and not into trash bags. Place all trash into trash bags and secure them in the trash containers next to the driveway. There is a trash bin provided. Trash Pickup is every Monday Morning. If you are staying at the house Sunday Night, please roll the bins for Monday Morning pick-up. • Pets: All pets must be approved prior to guests' arrival. There is a pet fee of $148/pet. Please note that if pets are not previously approved before check-in, a charge of $400 per pet will be charged for unauthorized pets. • Check-In/Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 10:00 AM. We charge $30 per hour for all requests for early check-in & late check-out, based on availability. Please note we may not be able to accommodate early check-ins/ late checkouts. Security deposit & rental agreement will be sent after the booking is confirmed. • We can host a maximum of 10 guests (including all adults, children & infants)- for safety (fire & insurance) reasons, we cannot hold any additional guests. • All amenities including outdoor furniture, wifi, etc are fully inspected prior to every check-in, however, we cannot guarantee their working condition during stays. • We look forward to hosting all our upcoming guests. Our cleaning team is going above and beyond to provide top-notch services, giving special attention to high-touch areas, using commercial grade anti-microbial agents, and having bed sheets and bath towels professionally laundered between each guest stay. However, no guarantee will be made that our properties are "completely sterile" or "COVID-free", just as no other business can reasonably make that claim. Guests are advised to travel and stay with us at their own discretion. • We do not offer rescheduled stays or refunds on cancellations outside of Airbnb's extenuating circumstances policy. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking if you are concerned about the possibility of canceling your trip last minute. Travel insurance is inexpensive and a great way to protect your funds in the event of an unforeseeable cancellation. The pool table was quite dusty and the lights above it did not work. We also we also could not get the TV in the master bedroom to work.I felt the words direct access to the Lake was a bit inaccurate. While we were able to make it to the lake from the house, it was extremely tricky due to the low level of the lake. It would’ve also been nice if the shrubs/weeds were not overgrown on the stairs heading to the lake I felt this should have been disclosed.I did have communication with the property manager, and they were extremely prompt in responding however, will they agreed to send a handyman over he never arrived. I also asked for other points of direct access to the lake, but did not get the answer to this question until asking againThe stocked coffee was wonderful, but there were six of us and we could have used a few more baking items. The place was way too big for the two of us and our 4 pound Chihuahua, Roxy, but we loved it. Floor to ceiling windows in most every room with great views of the lake. We loved sunning on the deck. We had everything we needed in the house. The bed in the master room was very comfortable. Roxy was quick to spot the deer and other wildlife around and put her barking skills to use.It was the tranquil time we were looking for, and we can see what an awesome experience a larger group would have here.lake. ##### Karen C.
