Just 1.8 miles from the boat launch and within walking distance to the golf course, it’s the ideal spot for privacy and relaxation. Take in the stunning lake views from the top patio, perfect for grilling and entertaining guests. Inside, the property features two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, as well as top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer, and flat-screen TVs. And after an exciting day adventuring outdoors, find bliss as you soak in the brand-new hot tub in the bottom patio! All of this makes this property the perfect home away from home. No smoking No Dogs No parties or events. Additional rules \-Renting party must be 23 or older (all members of the group must be 23yrs of age or older, unless there's a parent/guardian present during the entirety of the stay). \-Must sign Rental Agreement prior to receiving check-in details- please let us know if you'd like a copy before booking (we can't attach) \-If booked on the same day or weekend, please call After-Hours # provided, as we can access our phone quicker than AirBNB \-No day visitors (6 guests-max occupancy- occupancy includes children) \-Bracelets are given for the max occupancy of the unit. These are to be worn to use the amenities on property. \-Max parking- 2 cars (in designated spots, towing will be enforced by a 3rd party company which unfortunately we have no control over- please use parking permits provided upon arrival) \-For stays over 28 days- max 1 guest per bedroom \-Monthly reservations during our popular winter months (January, February, and March) MUST be booked from the 1st to the 1st. \-Remaining off-season monthly stays must be booked for a FULL month (i.e. 1st to the 1st, 6th to the 6th, 27th to the 27th, etc) I give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to screen my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation.
