Beautiful home from home, located five minutes walk to the city centre. Fully equipped for modern comfort. Everything a short stroll from the door; Canterbury Cathedral, The Marlowe Theatre, award-winning restaurants, and the High Street are moments away. Park right outside, you won't need to use the car again.
The space
The house is tucked away in a private courtyard, although close to all the amenities Canterbury has to offer, it still feels quite secluded and peaceful. Inside the space is surprisingly spacious. Both bedrooms have kingsized beds. There is a downstairs cloakroom, a roomy ensuite off the main bedroom with a rainfall shower, and a further family bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso machine, a range of Miele and Beko appliances and has a granite worktop. The living room has three sofas, one of which is a sofa bed. Outside there is a small, private coutyard garden.
