"This is a budget hotel. It's an aged property. But price is right, and it's only for one night!Lou at the front desk is an angel and she wants to be helpful. She even offered to give me a lift to dinner in town. If you are riding the train and you want to save a few bucks then stay here. There is a new Sinclair convenience store 100 yards away that has great breakfast burritos and good coffee."

"This was an outstanding way to enjoy the Rio Grande National Forrest. Each day we watched elk and the narrow gage train from the porch before a hike or drive or fish. The cabin was perfect for our group of 5. The 3rd bed is a blow up bed, and it worked fine. We look forward to staying again some day."
