The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a residence with secure access and a concierge.
It features an entryway with closets and a half-bath leading to a comfortable living room with a sleeper sofa and a dining area that seats up to 4 people, with direct access to the terrace. There is an open-concept, fully equipped kitchen.
One bedroom with a closet and a double bed also has access to the terrace.
You’ll have access to the building’s communal pool.

Since the apartment is in the heart of the city, you can enjoy everything on foot—just 5 minutes from Rue d’Antibes and 8 minutes from La Croisette. This apartment is the ideal place for a stay with family, friends, or coworkers during a conference in Cannes!

The apartment is air-conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi.

Check-in times:
- Early check-in or late check-out are available for an additional fee, subject to availability, and must always be requested in advance.

Housekeeping:
- Housekeeping fees are non-negotiable and mandatory for all stays.

Please note that our apartments are non-smoking. If this policy is not followed, a flat fee of €250 will be charged to the guest.
