This beautiful 3 room flat is ideally located on avenue Branly, a few meters from the Martinez hotel and 100 meters from the famous boulevard de la Croisette. In the heart of the Banana district of our magnificent city of Cannes.
Only 10 minutes from the Palais de Festivals, and close to the Rue d'Antibes and its shops.
It consists of a living room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms with bathroom.
It is a 15 minute walk from the Baoli restaurant, 5 minutes from the Carré d'Or, and 2 minutes from the Croisette beaches.
