Die Wohnung ist perfekt für 2 Personen, reicht aber auch für 2 Paare/Familie ohne große Anspruche - 2 Doppelbetten, wie beschrieben. Die Wohnung ist relativ klein, aber wie beschrieben und reicht auch für 4 Personen. Dafür aber nur ca 100\. vom Superstrand :-) Balkon ist zwar mit Blick auf die Bahngleise, ist aber auch so beschrieben. Wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind - ist kaum was zu hören. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut - Zentrum und Einkaufsmögligkeiten - alles zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Hausmeisterservice jeden Morgen - Treppenhaus, Garage, Hof und die Aufzüge sind sehr sauber! Klimanalage und Waschmaschine, keine Spühlmaschine. Bad mit Dusche ist so gut wie neu. Abgeschlossene Garagenbox in der Tiefgarage. Einfahrt in die Tiefgarage ist sehr eng - wir waren mit C-Klasse Kombi... Das Auto hat zwar reingepasst, aber beim Rein- und Rausfahren muss man sehr gut aufpassen! Größere Autos sollten lieber draußen bleiben - siehe Beschreibung. Fazit Ende Gut - Alles gut. Preis/Leistung stimmt! Wir waren zufrieden und in der Umgebung gibt es viel zu sehen! Jul 27, 2017 #### Zu laut, keine Bettwäsche Leider keine gute Bewertung. Laut Fewo-direkt sind die Bettwäsche vorhanden, im Mietvertrag waren die Bettwäsche nicht dabei, das haben wir auch übersehen und müssten noch die Bettwäsche mitnehmen. Die Wochnung ist sehr laut, da die Wohnung grenzt mit Zuggleisen. Spät abends und in der Nacht wurden innerhalb 10 Tagen 3 mal sehr laute Wartungsarbeiten an den Gleisen durchgeführt, die Stundenlang gedauert haben. Wohnung war nicht besonders sauber: Balkon war nicht mal gekehrt, Betten mit Flecken. Im Hauskorridor roch nach Hundetoilette. Der Hausmeister war nett. May 31, 2014 #### Appartement idéalement situé, très bien équipé Plusieurs séjours effectués dans cet appartement et toujours aussi enchantés. Pas besoin de sortir la voiture du garage pour passer de bonnes vacances. Plages en bas de l'appartement, boulangerie à 50 m. Supérette à coté. Tout est pratique et bien équipé. literies de très bonne qualité. Un équipement qui est renouvelé régulièrement.TV écrans plats dans chambre et salon et même 2 fauteuils relax arrivés depuis notre dernier séjour. Pour ceux qui aiment se sentir en sécurité, la résidence est maintenant sous surveillance vidéo. Oct 23, 2013 #### Un petit appartement lumineux très bien situé Appartement très bien situé à Cannes à deux pas du vieux Cannes et de la plage du Midi et à quelques centaines de mètres de la Croisettes. Location propre et sécurisée. Attention, pas de WIFI accessible dans l'appartement et parking au sous-sol réservé à des voitures pas trop grandes ! ##### Marc R. Appartement bien situé, se trouve dans une résidence calme et propre .Le gardien est d'une grande disponibilité et vous conseillera sur les sites à visiter ( Monaco, vieux Nice, vieil Antibes, Grasses, Biot et Mandelieu à vélo le long du littoral ). Cet appartement est très proche de nombreuses commodités (plage à 50 m, restos, commerces, supermarchés ....).Pour les sportifs , départ pistes cyclables sortie résidence , circuit vtt dans Esterel à 2 kms , footing et baignade matinal 50 M. Pour ma part, je partais de l'appart en combinaison et claquette . Il correspond vraiment à la description faite par ses propriétaires. Je recommande vivement cette location. ##### regis b. Le logement correspond réellement aux photos du site internet il est très bien équipé endroit très agréable à proximité de la plage et du vieux port. Point de départ pour notre footing quotidien le long de la mer et de belles balades à vélo jusqu'à Mandelieu ou même pour les sorties plus longues Theoule sur Mer ou Antibes. De nombreuses escapades touristiques également accessibles rapidement dans l'arriere pays. On s'y sentait chez nous. En plus de la propreté, et de son équipement, appartement très fonctionnel, il ne manque rien. Très bien situé aussi pour les baignades. Pour se rendre à la plage, il suffit de sortir de la résidence et traverser le square Mistral et on y est, Mais nous devrons revenir cet été pour apprécier cette proximité ! Enfin, les propriétaires et Philippe et Marinette (le gardien et la voisine) sont tous vraiment sympatiques et à l'écoute. Nous n'avons pas eu la chance croiser les propriétaires mais nos échanges avant le séjour riches en précisions et détails (petit guide envoyé par mail avant notre séjour) nous ont permis de réussir notre séjour. Apr 19, 2012 #### Vacances idéales Accueil très sympatique à notre arrivée par le gardien. Appartement correspondant à la description,très clartif, propre et très bien équipé tant d'un point de vue electroménager que vaiselle, batterie de cuisine. Literie de très bonne qualité. Idéalement situé, tout est accessible à pieds, le pain,les courses quotidiennes, le marché. Peut être un peu bruyant si l'on laisse les baies vitrées ouvertes mais avec le double vitrage, on n'entend plus les bruits extérieurs. A peine à 50 M de la plage en traversant un joli square équipé de terrains de boules et jeux d'enfants. Balades le long du vieux port (à 200 m environ de l'appartement en longeant la mer et les plages) un peu perturbé par des travaux d'aménagement mais compte tenu de ce que nous avons vu cela devrait rendre les prochaines balades dans Cannes encore plus agréables. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cet appartement que nous avons d'ailleurs conseillé à des amis. Très bon contact mail et téléphone avec les propriétaires que nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu rencontrer cette fois ci mais nous ferons prochainement leur connaissance dans leur gîte en Champagne.
