"The staff were very helpful. Matteo made reservations for us at a restaurant frequented by locals as we were looking for an authentic meal. He also made several helpful suggestions for things to see and do. We had a beautiful room and the linens were very nice. A short walk to the water bus. We would stay there again. "

"The room was really clean. The hotel is a small boutique hotel but really beautiful and in an ideal location, 15 minutes away from the Rialto bridge. It was close to lots of nice bars and and restaurants."

"The location was convenient. The room is very nice for the price. Never saw the staff due to sightseeing timing, but didn't have any issues. The curtains are hard to close and they only have the sheer ones in full so a little unhelpful for blocking out noise and light. Lucky they did provide earplugs though"
