A great stay.
This hotel has a great feel. Big, warm and comfortable rooms. Super clean, the entrance and reception smelt amazing. We didn’t use the facilities as it was a short stay but I would certainly go back with more time. Lots of shops and restaurants around. A great stay.

Excelente en todos los sentidos, alojamiento en habitación tipo duplex. Buena variedad y calidad en el desayuno. Incluyen descuentos en entrada a la pista de patinaje que está frente al hotel. Definitivamente vamos a repetir

This is a nice hotel in Canillo. We stayed here for 6 nice while skiing. We we first put it a top floor room, which while nice, was quite small and impractical with sloping a sloping roof which caused a few bumped heads! The water pressure was also terrible so far up the building. We mentioned this to reception and they were absolutely fantastic with helping us to another room which was brilliant. The breakfast was good and it’s an easy 5 minute walk from the ski lift.

Perfect location for skiing! Buffet for breakfast and dinner is excellent. Much better than expected and so much choice and variety every day. Great staff, lovely bar, parking right next to hotel. Only downsides, were twin beds put together rather than queen/double and noise in the corridor very night quite late by guests coming or leaving. Would stay again, highly recommend for good value!

Ski hotel
We were given a room in the front of the hotel. There was a lot of road noise. The bus stop is right by the hotel. There are restaurants and food markets near by. The ski lift and rental shop are about a 5 minute walk. The town of Canillo is between Encamp and Soldeu. Canillo elevation is 1500m or 5000ft. We had problems sleeping due to the elevation.

Hotel needs AC it's 90 deg in August in Andorra. Had to have the windows open and tolerate noise all night. Not a great experience at all.

It was one night stay on our road trip, we did not know what to expect, but everything was beyond expectation. We wish stay there for another night or two.

I feel really sick to stay in the smoking room.
The smoking room make me feel i am in the toilet for the first 2 days, actually, i didnt remember i have required a non smoking room or not, so the smell really make me sick. especially it mixed with the air fresheners. Apart from that, everything is very good, nice and friendly staff and the room is really clean. and the location is very good too.

Hotel Ski Plaza Canillo ANDORRA
The biggest disappointment is that this is shown as 5* hotel. No way. We are physically able, but no one to help carry luggage to our rooms. If you pay a 3* price and think in terms of a 3stars then the hotel is acceptable. Decor is tired, the bar is totally unusable if you are a non smoker. We had a problem with a barking dog on our corridor which to be fair was dealt with within 5minutes of complaint, but really it wouldn't be a problem if dogs weren't allowed in a building designed for accommodating human beings. The parking arrangements were unsatisfactory with a credit card type ticket to a parking area(not very secure)across the road. One time the entrance machine consumed our ticket which required nearly 15mins for car park operator to arrive. Worse was a 10minute delay on departure because the exit barrier didn't recognise our ticket. The best part of the hotel was undoubtedly the restaurant with a very fine buffet Sunday lunch(and we turned up at closing time)and super enormous variety buffet breakfasts.

Calidad-precio de 10.Muy tranquilo,buena ubicación
No era la primera vez que nos alojamos en este hotel. Buena ubicación, mucha tranquilidad.Colchones muy blandos , pero cansados de las caminatas y la tranquilidad que se respiraba, nos dejó descansar muy bien.Calidad-precio de 10.Sin duda repetiríamos.Las habitaciones daban a la parte de detrás.No utilizamos el restaurante del hotel .

El hotel es de una nota de 6 para un cuatro estrellas A tener en cuenta que no hay aire acondicionado. Los colchones muy blandos. Habitaciones limpias.

Hotel bien situé. Litterie très bonne. Chambre propre mais très petite. Pas de parking dans l hotel Le SPA est fermé contrairement a ce qui a été dis par téléphone lorsqu on appelle l hotel. Il n est pas à niveau d un 4 étoiles (bien en dessous)

Habitación limpia y espaciosa con un baño completo con bañera. Los servicios de hotel estaban completamente adaptados a las exigencias sanitarias por lo que daba mucha tranquilidad. En cuanto a las comidas, bastante pobres en cuanto calidad y cantidad. No están a la altura de la categoría del hotel.

No último andar os apartamentos tem o teto inclinado o que reduz o espaço útil e pode causar acidentes e desconforto. No entanto o atendimento foi excelente por todos os funcionários, comida muito boa.

En perle i nydelige Canillo
Hotellet er et utmerket sted å bo i nydelige omgivelser. Liten by, men bare 15min med bus til hovedstaden med fantastisk shopping. Godt utgangspunkt for fantastiske fjellturer på sommeren. Rent og ryddig. Veldig hyggelig betjening. Egen restaurant med buffet til frokost, lunsj og middag. God mat og utvalg bortsett fra noe lang koketid på pasta. Gode spisesteder også i nærheten av hotellet. Koselig bar.

Super séjour de 4 nuits bémol nous étions en couple et nous avions eu deux lits de 1 pers rassembler mais a peine nous bougions ils s'écartaiént. salle de bain propre avec une super qualité de linge de bain à notre disposition Buffet de buffet du réveillon de noël extras et Buffet petit déjeuner pas mal avec beaucoup de choix En extras nous avions prit un massage en duo pour le prix pas super on avait plus l'impression que nous nous faisions caresser au lieu de masser. Qualité du spa moyen.

Trato muy correcto, hotel muy bonito, sus instalaciones muy confortables, totalmente recomendable. Lo único q nos desilusiono fue el spa, bastante pequeño y tan solo un jacuzzi en el que cabian 2 personas, no obstante repetiremos

La bañera era de hidromasaje pero al ponerlo en funcionamiento el agua que salia estaba sucia y con olor a podrido y el radiador hacia muchísimo ruido, por lo tanto era difícil dormir.

Bel établissement. Rien à redire sur le confort. Juste un peu bruyant: valises qui roulent dans les couloirs, gamins qui braillent avec des déguisements spéciaux Halloween. Le personnel est sympathique, discret et efficace. Peut--être un effort à faire sur le mobilier et la déco. Excellent séjour.

Le personnel est attentionné; super buffet au petit déjeuner! dommage que la piscine était hors de fonctionnement. Attention tous les emplacements de voitures sont payants , il faut donc stationner derrière l'hotel, sous un préau et c'est gartuit.
