New Upgrades

Hotel has been revamped with some added extras…coffee now in the room, dining room expanded to hold morning breakfast buffet and room service. For the cost these were needed upgrades. The restaurant food was excellent as well as the waitstaff.

Très bien un peu trop de monde au restaurant et un changement de chambre car demande au plus haut étage ignorée. Dans l'ensemble c'est un chouette hôtel et un excellent restaurant.

Super séjour dans un super hôtel

Personnel accueillant et aimable. Très belle hotel. Parking gratuit. Belle et grande chambre, propre et bien équipée ainsi que la salle de bain. L'espace Thalasso, super . Buffet petit déjeuner très bien garni. Très bon restaurant.

L’hôtel est vraiment bien situé avec tout ce qui pourrais vous détendre en matière de soins etc, accès direct à la plage de Canet. Seule bémol, le Petit déjeuner n’est pas varié et vraiment pas digne d’un hôtel de cette gamme!!!! À bon entendeur ce qui est réservé est une suite, donc peut être c’est normal, les autres chambres et autres gammes ne sont pas citées dans ce commentaire. C’est la deuxième fois que je séjourne dans cette hôtel. De toute manière y’a pas mieux ailleurs dans cette région peut fréquenter en saison estivale!!!!

Gut, aber Service kann verbessert werden

Das Zimmer war hübsch, Betten komfortabel, allerdings war die Ventilation zu laut. Ich habe an der Rezeption das gesagt, mir wurde gesagt, dass der Techniker kommt. Leider ist er nie gekommen. Diese laute Ventilation hat mich gestört ruhig zu schlafen. Service im Restaurant war eher für französisch sprechenden frundlich als für die Französisch nicht kennen, allerdings Englisch, Deutsch, Norwegisch und abdere Sprachen beherrschen. Das Essen war gut. Im SPA Bereich waren die Kosmetikerin und Rezeption sehr professionell und sehr höflich für Alle, egal welcher Sprachen Mann spricht. Zimmer sind sauber. Lage ist top, direkt am Strand, Sand Strand ist riesig groß, man kann sogar sagen, dass es fast leer von den Turisten ist. Was sehr angenehm ist.

Top Hotel - gutes Essen - toller Standort.

Tolles Hotel an einem schönen großen Strand. Im Mai auch überhaupt nicht überfüllt. Wir haben den Spa Bereich noch nicht genutzt, aber schon gesehen, dass er toll aussieht. Das haben unsere Kids nicht zugelassen ;-)

Séjour agréable Méfiance pour le dessert du dîner.

Séjour agréable: Hôtel rénové, bien situé, Piscines d'eau de mer très bien ainsi que le sauna et le hammam. Soin Algues expédié et peu chaleureux. Repas du dîner du 18 janvier : l'entrée et le plat sont de bon niveau , le dessert est indigne voir inadmissible pour un hôtel 4* car industriel , gras , hyper sucré et aucune Saveur citronnée. À éviter.

Très bel hôtel où je n'ai malheureusement passé qu'une seule nuit 😩 J'ai adoré ma chambre vue jardin très grande, propreté impeccable, cosy et très confortable. Literie au top ! Salle de bain parfaite et wc séparés. Un grand balcon où on peut prendre son petit déjeuner et voir la mer. Je ne vois vraiment aucun point négatif. Le petit déjeuner buffet est classique mais avec un grand choix. Le personnel agréable. Bref je recommande à fond ! J'y suis allée hors saison en novembre avec un environnement très calme, c'était super.
