Great hotel. Staff was friendly. Food could be a bit better. It is a party hotel and we understand, but our last night was terrible. Our whole floor was very loud. Running up and down the hall, weed smell, loud music. Not from the hotel party. But a guest. We had to check out at 7AM. And the noise stopped at that time. Other than that we had a great stay.

This place is so bad. They try to get you drunk to load you up on extra services. Let you think you cancelled once you sober up but when you go to check out they will hold you from leaving. We ordered a cabana with 3 bottles ($500) learned the next day that we did it the night before. We were wasted. Had no clue. We said no, we have a party we already pre ordered bottles for, please cancel. They said yes. We paid for the other 5 bottles, had our party in the suite. Last day we went to check out and they had the other a charge of $600. No clue how it got that much. We showed the cancellation slip we took a picture of and they said not cancellation. We got delayed trying to check out and was forced to pay in order to leave. They kept the bottles and the money and were extremely aggressive. We were in gear because they brought security and all to forces us to pay. Will never travel here again. Not safe and they are aggressive to get more money. Please travel with caution here. We went with 10 people and spent a lot of money. Total charges we authorized over 2,000 yet that wasn’t enough, they say a money grab and made us pay another $600. Worse place ever.

A unique resort, and the Expedia VIP upgrade really made the trip special - I highly recommend the Lush package! The check in team of Odalys and Marco, and Mayte as hostess were fantastic. The food and servers like Lucio, Ladislau and Jesus were great. Jenni and Benjamin and Julio outside were spectacular - we loved the trip.

2nd time here in a year. A couple. Tower room. Came back for the fun, great service and lovely staff and fun loving visitors. always an easy going, welcoming and fun crowd. Respectful of your boundaries yet the atmosphere has you open up to test yours. shout out to Cecilia and Carlos at the pool bar, Wendy at sky bar, Carlos and Dave C at buffet. We have been to this resort 4 times now - the vibe and the people are incredible which is what keeps up coming back. What is very much lacking, however is dining. Guests now have to line up daily in the lobby in the hopes of making reservations at a couple of the restaurants which is extremely inconvenient. Failing that, there is the buffet which in my opinion has really gone downhill over the years. Now - we don't go for fine dining, so we were okay with it, but if you expect quality food and alot of choice, you may not be happy here. The wait staff and bartenders are fantastic, though, and always try their best making dining still an enjoyable experience. Regardless of the lack of dining options, Temptation is still at the top of our list and we'll definitely return!

The workers are the best. The energy of the place is awesome. You can party or just relax at the beach. The restaurant is nice. We loved sea breeze for breakfast and sutra for dinner. The room service was perfect. It was definitely fun place.

We like staying in the tower as it offers excellent ocean views and the use of the rooftop amenities. The downside is the extremely loud music from the Sexy Pool and the night time activities that runs into the early hours of every morning so sleep can be difficult.

The temptation experience.
Hotel was keep trying to sell membership and other stay plans. This takes forever. At the first day of arrival the presentation took too much time and I missed pool party due to pool close at 6pm. I have been offered some outdoor activities by other hotel with convenient price and The temptation convinced me to cancel it and they will match the price but I get to purchase from them the activity services they said they can’t match the price anymore and I had to pay regular price. The hotel is not quite fair with the promises. Hotel shops are very expensive. The sunscreen price is almost $30. The mexican food is not that great as in USA. Massage services is good. Room service, bar drinks are good.

We had a great time! We opted to stay in The Tower this time and really enjoyed the larger room and the gorgeous ocean view. Because of a review I wrote here, they upgraded our experience to VIP but I’m not sure what was included in that that we didn’t already get as Tower guests. We didn’t want for anything. We were treated like royalty. Ricardo, Israel, and the Playmakers made this a most memorable trip.

We knew the type of resort this is prior to arriving, what we didn’t know was how SMALL the resort is. We also were not expecting the older man that hosted the “games” at the pool, to be so pushy and perverse with the crowd. Gave off major creep vibes. The pool, is too small for how many people are there. You have to pay for a cabana, so wake up early to get a decent spot. All the chairs are VERY close together. If you’ve read any reviews regarding the sales pitch they try to talk you into doing, they’re 100% accurate. The lady we had was super nice until we said we were not interested, 3 different times. We spent the rest of the time there trying to avoid her because everytime she saw us she asked if we were coming to the presentation. The drinks and food were delicious. That was the only part we enjoyed. The staff at the Sky Bar were incredible nice. That pool area is also small, but not crowded, so it was a nice area to take in the views of the beach. We had higher expectations of the room itself. No full length mirror, the one in the bathroom is all you get, and even then the view is very limited. The all black cabinets were a nice touch. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was small and the lighting was terrible. The room key being a bracelet was both good and bad. The idea is phenomenal. Having your key on you at all times is so nice. The bracelet itself was a little annoying & it took 4 trips to the front desk to get them to work.

Me and my boyfriend everything about this hotel. The hospitality is beyond amazing. I definitely look forward to visiting again. I would highly recommend to friends and family. Also the food there is so good. Everythinggggggg was to our liking. This experience will be hard to top. The only I would say,I dont like is how early the pool close but other than that, amazing experience.

It started with a hiccup with a slightly rude front desk guy that set the mood the wrong way. Fortunately the rest of the staff made up for it. Alan and Daniela our concierge were amazing . Ale from Flame restaurant was amazing. Luna and Sophia from the bar outside had our back and drink always were full. The bar tender in the inside bar was amazing I forgot his name but he was tall and had suspenders always had our drinks ready. Jones and Juan from the Habachi restaurant were phenomenal. Liz from the sky bar top notch. Giovanni from the outside/sexy pool bar was amazing and always noticed us. Manuel from the sailing boat/ kayak area which if FREE people were amazing. The one thing I can suggest that we need more eye candy for the girls. The evening parties shows were amazing.

Super, fun, sexy, party atmosphere. Theme nights were awesome. Definitely do the couples massage and the pool parties. I felt the pool parties needed more upbeat music, games, dancing, etc to make it more lovely. The pool was awesome and we enjoyed the swim up bar. Rooms were exotic and trendy. Both our room and the resort were very clean. Staff was extremely helpful and entertaining.
