It was not easy to find the place but once we check in during the day it was ok, there was nobody at the desk at night when we needed anything, there’s a restaurant downstairs that has good service and food and a bakery. It’s a good place to stay if you plan to use it to sleep and shower, we got the studios/no fridge/no microwave.

My stay at this hotel was very comfortable. Housekeeping was done daily, which helped tremendously. The price was affordable and it was a 15min drive to the beach at "zona hotelera". I would recommend this hotel to friends/family.

Pros: Restaurant under hotel, super cheap and affordable, and good food! Next to an OXXO that is 24 hrs Good a/c Hotel not expensive at all There is church on Sundays Cons: You need to advise the host by WhatsApp whenever you want hot water to shower. They may not have hot water at night. The Alfa Suite is nice but you cant sleep good because the check in office is right outside so people are loud noisy with their luggage checking in while you are right next to them. Alfa and Omega suites are nice but right next to office and elevator. Noisy! No peace! Check in was not easy and seamless. The host did not provide the best instructions how to get in the room and made me feel like i was going to be waiting 2 hours to get in ny room. Someone prior said they were waiting 2 hours.. host needs to be a better host: sorry, but it was not a 5 star service. 4, yes, but not 5 due to cons…

Comunicacion its terribly and its really complicated . If you get a room there make sure to have always battery on your phone because that's the only way you can get in . Scanning a QA barcode.

*Primero los pros: El lugar es céntrico, acceso sencillo y rápido. Los cuartos son de buen tamaño y bonitos, las camas son muy cómodas y todo está limpio. Los cuartos no tienen ventanas y los pasillos tienen sensores de movimiento para cuando sales, esto hace que no tengas ni un rayo de luz y ruido 💯. La atención es buena en general. *Lo malo: Lo muy malo fue la regadera, imposible bañarse, la regadera estaba en muy malas condiciones entonces salía para todos lados, hasta el techo, la puerta, etc. Le movimos y limpiamos lo más posible con una toalla y mejoró un poco, pero regular la temperatura del agua fue imposible y se gasta una cantidad de agua irreal, de verdad fue una frustración tremenda. Ahora deben saber algo importante, este lugar es un híbrido, es decir las instalaciones son de hotel pero el funcionamiento es como de Airbnb, todo es el línea, por tel o WhatsApp, con claves y códigos QR, no hay nadie en recepción, entonces por ejemplo el tema de la regadera no hay personal que te manden a revisar y arreglar, nos faltaban toallas y cuando las solicité por WhatsApp me pidieron ir a sacarlas de un closet, que estaba cerrado, saqué 2 toallas de otra puerta, olían a limpio pero no eran iguales a las que teníamos en el baño. La gente fue amable, sin embargo si es importante que sepan este tipo de cosas ya que las soluciones y servicios que se dan NO SON DE HOTEL. Nuestro objetivo era descansar y bañarnos y se cumplió a la mitad.

The hot water did not work for our whole stay and no efforts were made to fix it or accomodate us, horrible customer service. The hotel itself was clean and in a good area.

The hotel room didn’t have any windows and the hot water was spotty BUT!!! the LOCATION WAS PERFECT, THE HOTEL IS CLEAN AND STAFF ARE very FRIENDLY!!! LOCATION!!: EVERYTHING WAS IN WALKING DISTANCE!!!! Or an Uber away! FROM AIRPORT TO HOTEL: BUY AN ADO BUS PASS AT THE AIRPORT to the ADO STATION walk over to the ADO BUS get off at the ADO bus station which is the central station then book an Uber a street over from ado to sky inn. Bus tickets were $130 MXN($7.66 USD) each. Uber from bus station to sky inn hotel was $78.99MXN($4.65USD). So to get from the AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL is very reasonable!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!

Worth the price & you're in the heart of downtown
Everything was as anyone would want when they stay at a hotel. Everything was really nice and clean inside. My only issue was how hard our king bed was.

Neat idea, problematic in execution.
Hi tech and digital access and payment only works when the manager's cell phone isn't dead. Check in was frustrating and 30+ minutes in length. Rented 2 rooms, had to pay for them individually. Then, had to change rooms because of broken shower handle. Nice rooms. Poor shower design you can see is damaging bathroom door. Located above a restaurant. Take elevator to 3rd floor. Tight parking if you come at a busy hour. Won't stay here again.

No Water running in the bathroom. Bad experience
Terrible experience, first time I have been in a Hotel that not have WATER running in the bathroom! The personnel tried to resolved, but it was not. I do not recommend this Hotel. We had a international travel after this hotel, we end up taking a shower (after going to the beach) in another country. This is unvelievable.

Very accesible with their check in options and also accommodating. Example: because of flight delays we ended up checking in at 4am and they still responded to my messages requesting entrance to the parking lot so that was so attentive of them. Also they let us do a late check out because I said that we only slept around 4 hours and we felt trashed, so that was much appreciated! The place was great and clean, everything was working properly.

Wasn't given code nor directions for access to exercise room. Heavy rains leaked in through windows and through open doorway onto roof leaving standing water in the hall and flowing under the door to our room. Poor sound barrier to next door room. Good restaurant below.

Good stay
Rooms are as pictured, no windows, microwave or fridge. There was a lot of construction noise during the day making it hard to sleep in late. The shower and beds weren't that clean as we found hair on the pillow case and on the shower wall. No hot water, if it did come on it lasted for a few minutes. The staff was really friendly and accomodating. Quick response and easy check-in and checkout process

the room was perfect. the host was very accomodating, they had a desk in the room so i was able to have my work computer set up, the air conditioning system in the room was really high quality. it was a super comfortable stay. the restaurant they have downstairs has breakfast lunch and dinner. the prices for the food are really cheap. you get like a full meal for $10 whether its breakfast lunch or dinner. i dined with my girl, had one entree each, and took meals to go for later, and it was only like $40.00 usd. my girl was on her period so she bled all over the bed sheets and it was only like $30.00 to cover the damages or what not. the only thing i didnt like was the taxi service they advertise- they have a small magazine sort of advetisement for taxi service. i ordered one and it didnt come for an hour and a half. it ended up being free for the inconvenience but if you need to be at the airport by a certain time, they are not punctual or reliable. if youre not in a rush and dont care about waiting a couple hours for a ride do it, but if you need to be somehwere at a certain time- i wouldnt trust them. i was messaging them back and forth like hey hey where is my guy? then they wouldnt respond. it felt like i was getting scammed. theres a mcdonalds walking distance and a 7-11 of sorts “oxxo” convenience store just a couple blocks aways. walking distance to Mercado 28 where tourists go shopping. it closes at 8pm. ill be back to Sky Inn! very good prices for a very nice room!
