Exclusive location in the hotel zone, very quiet. You can walk in the boulevard with complete security, the city provide an excellent vigilance.

In front of the condominium, walking 3 minutes there is a 24 hours store...Oxxo, and inside the Condo we have a convenience store still.

In front of the condominium there is the bus stop and you can get the service the 24 hours, if you want to go to the night clubs, shopping malls or visit the boulevard Kukulcan, Plaza la Isla or another places.

You can take the R-1 if you want to go to the downtown.
And the R-2 if you want to go to Walmart and Market 28.

Balcony was great, apartment was well laid out.Host was responsive! The dishes, silverware,pots were very old! Coffee pot was rusty had to buy our own pot There was no toaster host sent another it didn’t work had to send another toaster. Only given two rolls of toilet paper and two small garbage bags for six days or whenever cleaning lady showed up. Curtains had hoes in them and no blackout drapes. Host needs to know if you are staying 30 nights amenities should be much newer not so oldLoved the building itself great locationOn the beach with a great pool

Unethical & Unresponsive Owner, Terrible Experience

Very nice pools, onsite restaurant with excellent food & service. Wonderful building staff, great view. But worst rental experience ever. At one point, we asked to add 2 nights. Owner agreed, we paid the difference. Later we found that we couldn’t do extra nights after all, so asked to return to original dates. Tried repeatedly to reach owner by phone, email, Vrbo messaging for 6 weeks before trip. No response. Finally called Vrbo, they reached out, owner then said booking we had didn’t allow any changes. (But they were happy to change when we wanted to ADD time and pay them more money.) Arrived Monday morning, & because we already paid for Sat & Sun & couldn’t get refund, asked for access code on Sunday. They wanted security deposit first, but didn’t respond to questions about how to pay it. Meanwhile I found out they’re not supposed to charge a security deposit because Vrbo takes care of that. I told them that and got, “that’s correct, here’s the access code” - on Monday morning. No apology, no explanation. Finally, property did not match Vrbo description. Picture showed a spacious balcony with table & chairs. Actual “balcony” was about 12 inches wide. No way you could sit, let alone have table & chairs. There was a light fixture that was supposed to be IN the ceiling that was hanging down by wires. WiFi didn’t work. Bugs crawling up kitchen wall and on bed - had to spray to get rid of them. Would not recommend this place/owner to anyone. Vrbo should cut ties with them.

Not as Advertised

If I could give zero stars I would. Ad and photos was mis-represented to what we received. Messaged host everyday to discuss refund, and they NEVER responded to me at all. The kept our money with no communication back to us once we arrived. We moved to different accomodatuons for our stay.

Great Beach Location

Beachfront property is the selling feature for this property. Pool area and on-site restaurant are quite good. Older condo complex, our room was decent. Bus service to entertainment district was easy and about a 15 minute ride. Downfall with this rental was poor communication with host & property manager. No assistance when we arrived at the front gates of the property, some difficulty finding the room. Property Manager was waiting in the room for us with a credit card machine to collect our security deposit. Never saw the property manager again after that. Daily cleaning service of the room was good. Overall a decent stay.

Great View-Chill Location

I love Cancun Plaza and loved the condo we stayed in. The only thing between the ocean and our balcony wa the beach. The pool is great and there are several places to eat that are walkable. The Bus stops right in front and wi take you everywhere for 12 pesos. I would stay here again.

Quiet and clean

Great oceanfront. All descriptions and pictures are accurate. Condo complex is always clean, and security is top notch. Will definitely stay again in the future.
