"This hotel is no where close to a 4 star property! No kettle in the room for tea, when I asked the reception they said I can order tea from room service. Upon check in I asked the receptionist if breakfast was included in our stay and she said yes, during checkout we were told it wasn’t and that we had to pay extra for it. "We had an excellent stay here. The family (owners) are both warm and friendly, and the views are amazing. The room and bath are both spacious with a screened window for fresh air. Breakfast was typical Italian sweet breakfast, but they pivoted to accommodate my dairy allergy. Their on site restaurant is open for dinner on the weekends, and the food they served was delicious- my husband especially enjoyed the house made cheese and yogurt. If you like horses or just being out in the country, this is a great stop for you. Clean, family friendly. Highly recommended."
