THe unit is neat and tidy . However expect a granny flat in the back of a very unkept back yard . Electrical switch not working and potentialy dangerous . Tv does not work ,very limited stations . Netflix controler has no bateries . Any dish cleaning must be done in bathroom sink . Poor comunications ,and or confused comunications between the two owner /mangers . Make sure you confirm everything . Its proibably the cheapest in Canberra ,so you get what yoiu pay form . A comfortable and safe place to stay .
