This requirement was not listed in the listing on Stayz. I had already started traveling and did not have access to any device other than my phone, on which the provided link would not work. Multiple phone calls and lots of yelling later, we finally managed to make it work after trying 3 different phones. The company was no help and had no other solutions other than stating they had a process to follow and would not release the check in details until completed. Too bad if you don’t have a smart phone.
