The air conditioning was very efficient given we had some very hot days, and the house in general stayed cool. It was so close to everything, well-presented and had everything we needed. The house was extremely comfortable and well-equipped. Great location - 10 min walk to Canberra Civic and very central for driving to other places. The ducted air conditioning was really efficient and easy to operate. It was lovely to arrive to milk and breakfast supplies to help with day 1! The air conditioning was very helpful on the very hot days. The location was very convenient for shops and restaurants - reasonable walking distance.
