"Wonderful hotel with a wonderful staff and a great location. My only gripe is that they turned the air-conditioning off because the government makes them do so. We ended up buying a fan to keep the room cool other than that. It was a nice place."

"I will start by saying we arrived at night, which may have impacted our opinion of the property. The property is an old castle and it presents as one, specifically at night. Lots of unused space, makes part of the property feel empty. We had some confusion around dining, and the availability of dinner service, making it a bit confusing. We were told yes to dinner service, and no by the staff at the restaurant… and ultimately had to have the front desk call to rectify the situation. In the morning, the light changed the mood. The staff were friendly and kind! Overall, it was my first time staying in an older castle, and now have a better idea of expectations. Neat experience!"
