Not good. Black mold in the windows. The carpet in the room needed to be ripped out & replaced. No small fridge in the room. No fan in the bathroom (= mold/mildew). The bed felt lumpy, like it was 30 years old. Plus, it's situated behind a 24-hr car wash so you can hear the sprayers & blowers all night. Overall, not good.

I was asked to leave an honest review, so here goes… Stayed last night for a performance over at Lincoln Hill Farms, and if I’m to be honest, the hotel stay was a little under satisfactory. Pros: the staff upon check-in were extremely friendly and courteous. Check-in was a breeze and hassle-free. We were given room 120. Cons: upon entering our room, we immediately noticed that the curtain was broken and half hanging from its track. That was a bit discouraging, as far as desired privacy goes. The bathroom sink appeared clogged in some way as it filled up significantly with water any time we ran the sink, and took an extremely long time to drain. The room overall seemed in dire need of updating,…cobwebbed walls and dirty, chipped furniture. A “headboard” that was half hanging off the wall and loose at one end. The bed had dark mystery crumbs in it, so as a sanitary measure we opted to head to Five Below and purchase personal blankets to cover up with, as we did not wish to sleep under the provided coverings after inspection. On the plus side, the microwave was clean. Be warned that the parking lot is extremely pothole riddled, which makes driving in a careful affair for your vehicle. For an overnight stay, it served the purpose of needing a place to sleep. But to be honest, we most likely would not return again.

CHECK IN TIME WAS AT 3:00 P.M. OUR ROOM WAS NOT AVAILABLE UNT 4:15 BECAUSE IT HADN'T BEEN CLEANED. THE SERVICE DESK PERSON AND THE CLEANER WERE EXTEREMLY RUDE TO US AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR AN OVERNIGHT STAY.

Overpriced for what you get. The room directly across from us had a door hanging open on the hinges. Looked like maybe they were redoing the room. Our toilet had a mold ring where the water rested and only about and 1/8 of a roll. Had to get a roll at the desk. Towels were stained. Room smelled of smoke, had to use an inhaler to stop coughing from it. The breakfast they advertised is some frozen wrapped muffins and a glass of juice. The parking lot is full of potholes. The city of Canandaigua was so cute and clean. We were surprised at how poor this hotel was compared to everything around it. I wouldn’t have hated on the accommodations so badly if I’d spent have the price I spend. But this room was definitely not worth the $170 I paid.
