"Potentially soaking the shower heads regularly to prevent mold/water buildup. I had to clean the showerhead before giving my minor child a shower/bath, and thankfully my husband didn't see it. The mini fridge was not "cold", I noticed the back wall was cracked and there was ice buildup coming through the break itself. The worker at check-in said that there was someone working to restore the TV services, but at check-out we were told they were updating the system entirely. The TV remote did not work the television itself, we had to turn it on and off by the button on the device."

"Our stay was a threepete! We've loved staying here over the past few years, and this stay was awesome! Our host thought of some very nice touches, chips, candy basket, wine, water, plenty of Kurig Pods for everyone! We appreciate that this place is pet friendly, so we could bring them with us on our weekend. Check in/Check out processes were clear and easy. We had significant winds during the weekend, and Mark kept in touch with us checking in and letting us know what to do if we lost power. Appreciated that! Will return again!"
