First time staying at the Lifestyle crown residence suites and I loved it. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. All the time Making sure that everything was okay. The suite was very clean, the food at the restaurants was vey good. Thanks to the guy at the front desk who made the check-in so easy, and to Jenifer Perez for calling me next morning of our arrival to make sure that everything was okay or if i needed anything else. We will definitely come back again.

Everything was great overall; only thing was there was no breakfast included which we had signed up for and paid for. It seemed like we stayed in a condo without room service etc. We didn't have our room cleaned or sheets changed or anything like that (not by choice). Apparently to get breakfast we had to order through some guy who would pick it up at a restaurant and then deliver it all for a fee and whatever the cost of the food is. One of our bathroom sinks was leaking heavily underneath. Coming from where we were prior though I can't complain. The pool was great, and the woman at reception was also wonderful.

El resort es hermoso sus áreas verdes son limpias y muy bien mantenidas su comidas fueron excelentes también sus tragos su personal siempre dispuesto a cooperar y ayudarte los cuartos recién renovados limpios agradables y el aire funciona al 100%recomiendo este hotel sin duda alguna yo le doy un 10 de 10
