One of the world’s best beaches, called Es Trenc, is on the island—a paradise just a 15-minute drive from the villa.

Please note that due to the villa’s construction, air conditioning is only available on the upper level of the main house....... But sleeping in this villa is a unique pleasure—have a wonderful vacation...

Please note that we do not allow students, chefs other than our own, wild parties, or groups that are only looking to cause chaos and make a mess... We don’t want this type of guest—the villa is very exclusive and holds great sentimental value in addition to its financial value........ We want families... friends... groups who want to enjoy a higher standard of hospitality...

We’ll be available at all times via phone and WhatsApp to address any questions you may have—24 hours a day. Any details... beaches... restaurants... places to visit—you can count on us at any time.... We have two spectacular sailboats available for excursions at a very affordable price.....

It’s a unique place, as you can see from the photos..... The town of Campos is just 2 kilometres away, where you’ll find all kinds of services... banks... supermarkets... pharmacies... restaurants... cafes... etc.

It’s only accessible by private car......

which we can arrange for you at very affordable rates..... feel free to ask about prices with no obligation..... or you can also take a taxi...... but I’ll say it again: we recommend renting........ our rental service will be waiting for you at any time at the airport; we’ll pick you up and, in the cars we’ve rented for you, take you to the villa to explain everything.... the best vacation of your life....

It’s IMPORTANT to specify the number of people in your group. The base price per night covers up to 8 people. For 8 or more people, each additional person costs 50€ per person per night.

Guests who will not be staying overnight at the villa must pay €50/day to enter the villa and use the facilities, but if you book the chef through us, you won’t have to pay the day-pass fee. 👍😊

WARNING: Everyone entering the villa must be registered with their first and last names. Anyone who is not registered will be considered an unauthorised guest in the villa and will not be covered by liability insurance. Don’t take the risk—it’s not worth it.

It’s important that the number of guests matches what’s stated in the reservation; each additional guest costs 50€ per night, which will be charged as an extra fee through Airbnb. If you have guests staying at the house, there’s an additional daily fee. Parties, loud disturbances, and drunkenness are not permitted—this is a private residential area in Mallorca. We’ll be delighted to welcome you as long as you follow the rules.🤗
