In general terms was ok but it is evident some issues with maintenance. Toilet tables that not fit, noisy fridge and AC doesn´t work in heat mode.

The property and people were very nice. The toilet seat was broken and the safe was left locked open so i couldn't use it. Told the front desk but nothing was ever fixed.

O hotel é bom, o quarto é básico, as instalações são boas, mas o restaurante e o café da manhã é muito ruim, no jantar demorou mais de uma hora pra sair nosso pedido, e no café da manhã além de estar lotado a cozinha não tem preparo para repor ou servir!

Inicialmente fomos atendido por um rapaz no check-in, bem seco e estupido, ao chegar no quarto, as paredes estavam mofadas, o copo disponível, extremamente sujo, e o lixo do quarto cheio de itens, no banheiro havia uma mensagem de amor deixada por algum outro hóspede anterior, o hotel em si é bonito, aconchegante, mas percebe-se que o problema são as pessoas (recepção, limpeza e etc.)

Como nosso alvo foi apenas ter uma "boa cama e um bom chuveiro", o hotel foi muito prestativo e atendeu bem, apesar de um único ponto de atenção: - registramos que nossa reserva era para 1 casal + 1 criança de 6 anos e o hotel não foi informado sobre isso e nos colocou, na 1a noite, num quarto com cama de casal normal, o que nos causou desconforto. Mas, a equipe se organizou e conseguiu nos passar para outro quarto no dia seguinte, o que nos atendeu bem a partir daí.
