"Beautiful pools and property but terrible wifi, dishes were filthy. Requires car to get around - restaurants are within walking distance but the walk to anything, including bus stops, is extremely steep and requires that you are in good shape (preferably not lugging around small children). Property on exterior is lovely but rooms are quite dated. No cafes near by, but they offer quite possibly the worst coffee I've ever tasted in an expensive vending machine. "An absolutely beautiful place to spend nine days. Maria is charming and friendly, the little apartment was beautiful and well kept. The pool is lovely! We'd never thought of renting a place with a pool but this was a bonus. We especially appreciated how helpful Maria was, no matter what time we called her for assistance, and when we had trouble arranging shopping, she stepped in to help immediately. "I stayed for 1 night at Villa Tina. I had a pleasant stay, mainly due to the very friendly atmosphere from the family that owns the place. Nicely decorated and the food is good. The distance to the town centre is about 10 minutes by foot which I thought was alright. The reason why I give the hotel a bit low scores is because it feels a bit run down, the toilet in my room was working very poorly and I couldnt really use the pool because it looked quite dirty. "The hotel was in need of renovation, lots of decorations were in poor condition, rooms were outdated and poorly maintained. The staff were super and always pleased to help, but they were understaffed. The meals were not very good, and the buffet was exceptionally poor. Breakfast was not even continental breakfast. Evening meal was badly prepared and the choices were limited to two types of pasta , fish and occasionally chicken. Salad selection was scarce and no chilled section. Desert was none...

"Our stay here was great!!! It was so spacious and clean. They provided laundry detergent, espresso, Prosecco, water and more!!! It was in walking distance from the famous streets of Capri. We were able to walk to Gardens of Augustus which costs a few euros and is definitely worth the experience. We were greeted in the center of town which was very easy to get a cab to from the Port. The apartment was so cute and our little terrace was perfect to make breakfast and eat outside to save some money...

"First, Ettore has been incredibly helpful, the nicest owner we have ever dealt with. He was always accessible and would go over and beyond to provide suggestions and answers to any questions we would have. He was also very helpful in directing us to the house and then setting up a drive back to the ferry. The property itself is incredible. Beautiful yard with a pool, tables, benches, etc. Home is very clean and very cozy. The area is very quiet and peaceful, walking distance to Anacapri....

"We really enjoyed staying at La Rotonda sul Mare. It was the perfect location for our vacation. Amerigo and his staff were extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful. The food was delicious and well served. The sun deck over the water was perfect to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. We would love to stay there again."
