The Plaza Resort Hotel has an antique charm, but what impressed me most was how well-maintained and clean everything was. Our room was spacious, and the carpet was clean with no unpleasant or musty smell, unlike some other hotels we’ve stayed in. The bed was also large and soft, making our stay comfortable.
One minor thing I noticed was that the bathroom sink was quite low, almost as if it were designed for children. It wasn’t a big issue, though.
The parking garage was a little intimidating at first because it has three to four levels, and the ramps are narrow. When driving up, you need to honk twice to alert cars coming down that you’re approaching, so extra caution is necessary.
Overall, I would still recommend The Plaza Resort Hotel. The helpful staff, spacious rooms, and excellent cleanliness made our stay enjoyable. It’s a great option if you appreciate a hotel with vintage charm that is still well cared for.

"Very friendly staff and a beautiful setting. Now when you read the description of "rustic" and "historic" be prepared for small and no amenities...and I mean no amenities. Oh well, it was only for the night and the bears didn't break into the car so we have that to be thankful for 😁"
