« The room was not ready. We waited 45-1hr. Then the mirror in bathroom was not clean had handprints all over. There wasn't a bath mat, there were only two bath towels one for each guest. « We booked through Expedia, which was a mistake. I printed all of the reservation confirmation information which stated the arrangements for check-in after 9PM needed prior handling. However NO WHERE in the reservation confirmation was a phone number for Rainbow Courts nor for Expedia. I found a number for the motel on the internet but it ended up being a chat bot that didn’t recognize my itinerary number nor my phone number after repeating both multiple times. So frustrating.
