The family room/dining room are very spacious with plenty of seating. We especially loved the screened in porch with a gorgeous view of the lake. The whole complex is beautiful and well groomed. Be warned, however, that the condo owners association is predatory and unreasonable. I was charged 1000 due to being in the pool after hours and having a floatation device. No property was damaged and no people were hurt, yet my account was debited an arbitrary amount of 1000 for those minor infractions. Information was provided in a timely fashion and was clear and concise. It included exactly what was provided. Communication with the property manager was easy and he always responded promptly.
