More than one dog requires approval. \- Cancellations: In addition to our cancellation policy, if you were to cancel last-minute AND we were able to rebook, we will refund what the next group pays to you! There is direct access to the lake so we brought our creek boats along. My best friend fished every day all day. My pop was even able to join us daily for morning boat rides. Having access to a ramp was very handy. I especially liked the small patch of woods next to the property. It was nice walking the dog there. The neighborhood was quiet and the sunsets were amazing. The house was stocked so I just brought food and cooked all week. The place was more than adequate. The wraparound porch was very nice to sit out on even though my husband caught the fish. He had a while playing with his fish and stuff. ##### Sharon L. Our friends rented home next door and this was a perfect spot for us! The washer/dryer in rental was nice, the ceiling fans throughout was nice and we loved all the updates in home! Tucked back a few yards from the shore, but the views are magnificent! Putting the boat in right next to the house and docking right in front of the house was wonderful. Our reservation was cancelled 1 hour from check-in with an explanation that the property was double booked. VRBO failed to respond to 2 escalated chat sessions.
