"We were traveling from Virginia to New Concord Ohio to my parents farm. We wanted to check in at 2pm, not to go to the room just to have the key because not sure what time that night we would get back. The woman at the desk said ok however we will charge you 30.00 to do that. I said no now it will be a late check in. Later that night the man at the desk apologized and said she was a new employee. He had us on the third floor and mentioned the roof was going to be worked on is that a problem and I said yes so he put us on the second floor in a suite at no extra cost. It started out rough however probably one of our nicest stays in a hotel. So after our 3 nights, yes I would recommend this hotel."

"It was an amazing experience and had more to It than what was listed online. I had booked for four people to stay with me. Unfortunately everyone canceled on me. I still decided to go alone and I was not disappointed.Checking is was just entering the code you set up with the host. It was so clean and everything you need so easy to find and use. I didn't get to go fishing or have a fire (which you can very easily) it rained the whole time. But just sitting on the porch in the rocking chairs and and watching the wildlife was so peaceful. I would carry around a Bluetooth speaker playing music. Half the time I would turn it down just to listen to the wildlife. Inside the cabin it is dead silent when your alone. There is still so much to do, the spa jacuzzi, pong, a tiny putt putt set up. I never turned on the TVs and I had a blast the last full day I went hiking on the property and it was nice. Something I haven't done since I was a kid. It was the best place I've ever stayed. Beautiful beautiful cabin and I felt immediately at home. They have it set up so nice it feels like you live there during your stay. I recommend it to all my friends and am so happy I decided to stay. I work at a psych unit. It was the best place to clear my head and relax."

"My family and I have stayed at this Best Western many times over the last 4 years. We always find the rooms clean. The beds are good and they even gave me a free small toothbrush, because I forgot mine. The only downside I noticed was there is three of us and they only put one shampoo, conditioner, and lotion in the room. You can go down to the desk and ask for more. After a long day if travel it's kinda a pain to have to go down, but it's good that they give ya more. The breakfast is ok. They have changed things over the years, some we like better than others. We all like to have a waffle. Their waffle maker makes four small waffles, which is nice when tou don't want a big waffle. You can always make one or two small ones. We will continue to come and stay here as long as they keep up the great service, clean rooms, and nice breakfasts."
