"The apartment was pretty clean, and Alan communicated with me very well throughout my stay. I had asked if I could drop my items off prior to check-in so I would not have to take them to my destination, and that was graciously allowed.I am thankful that I stopped in a couple hours early because the apartment was not quite ready yet, and Alan was unaware that it was not prepared.
