« Beautiful neighborhood despite noise from construction site nearby, beach 5 minute walk downhill (and uphill in the way back). Old house recently renovated indoors, clean with basic furniture. Don’t expect to use the garden as it hasn’t been maintained and is completely overgrown.very responsive agency albeit not very flexible in terms of arrival times. Good value for money but don’t expect anything fancy. »

« Maison très bien équipée et bien située : plages, visite de Palma ,proximité de la Serra de Tramuntana. Il faut savoir que l'accès à la maison est compliqué car elle se situe dans la vieille ville. « Nous avons séjournées 3 nuits. La maison est sympathique, la cour encore plus mais il y a certaines modifications à faire dans l'annonce : - PAS DE PARKING il faut se garer dans la rue et cela peut être très longtemps.. (45 min) - 1 salle de bain et 2 WC (Pas de 2 salle de bains) De plus la salle de bain à besoin d'être bien mieu nettoyer... En particulier la baignoire et le tapis de douche. Pas d'eau chaude depuis Samedi malgré le nécessaire de Sebastian. À revoir mais dans l'ensemble...

« Loved this place! Beautiful location, very safe, rooms are spacious and well lit. Very well equipped kitchen and nice appliances. Supermarket (Eroski) within a few minutes’ walk, so it was easy to cook and eat meals around the table downstairs, or on the roof deck on sunny days. Perfect for myself, my two young adult sons, and their friend to spend the Christmas holiday week together.We also loved that the house is next to the Portixol Hotel, great place for a drink, coffee and/or meal. « Wir waren vom 20.02.- 03.03.23 in der Ferienwohnung. Es ist ein Reihenhaus, wobei unten eine Garage und ein ehemaliger Stall ist. Hierdurch muss man, wenn man auf die Terasse möchte. Um in die Wohnung zu gelangen, muss man durch den Haupteingang und eine steile Treppe führt zur eigentlichen Wohnung. Beim betreten der Wohnung waren wir sehr enttäuscht, sie entspricht nicht ganz den Fotos, womit geworben wird. Durch die Fotos sieht die Wohnung optisch größer und ansprechender aus. Zudem war die...
