### Cozy Cottage Steps from the Beach in the North Fork
  
Unwind in this sun-drenched, tree-shaded beach cottage perched on a bluff overlooking the Long Island Sound available for month-long rentals. This three-bedroom, two-bath getaway blends cozy comfort with natural beauty, ideal for families, couples, or small groups seeking a peaceful coastal retreat.  
  
The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, desk, two oversized windows, and a skylight that invites morning sun. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, a water-facing window, and another skylight for stargazing at night. The third bedroom is a flexible space with stackable twin beds—perfect as a media room, a kids’ room, or a king-sized suite with its own peak at the water.  
  
An open-plan living and dining area offers space to gather, eat, and relax. A recently updated chef's kitchen is full equipped and the adjacent dining table seats six. Off of the living area is a sun-drenched desk and the cottage has high-speed wifi. Two full bathrooms include a stand-up shower and tub—great for rinsing off sandy feet or winding down after a day at the beach. Outside on the deck is a couch for lounging and a dining table.   
  
Set in a quiet community of charming cottages, guests enjoy shared access to a private beach, swing sets, bathhouses, and a seasonal recreation center. Located in the first town on the North Fork, the cottage offers an easy home base to explore local farm stands, vineyards, waterfront dining, and even a quick hop over to the Hamptons.
