This villa is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms. INTERIOR: This comfortable villa consists of a living-dining room with SAT/DTT TV and access to a large glazed terrace with views of the pool and Peñón de Ifach. A fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher and ceramic hob. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds. A bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Additionally, there is a bathroom with an independent bathtub and a toilet. EXTERIOR: A spacious terrace with an 8x4 pool with Roman stairs and outdoor shower.
