The villa offers two living rooms, one for relaxation with SAT/DTT TV and the other as a dining room, from where you can enjoy views of the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 gas and 2 electric burners, guaranteeing comfort and functionality. Two bedrooms have a double bed each, while the third bedroom has two single beds. Both bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub, and the villa includes a washing machine room for added convenience.







ABROAD:



Standing out on the outside, you will find a charming wooden pergola that houses a built-in barbecue, offering an ideal place to enjoy sunny days with views of the imposing Rock of Ifach. The 8x4 meter pool perfectly complements the outdoor space. The villa has a fully fenced plot and offers parking space for two vehicles.
