This lovely Morello apartment is located in Calpe. A perfect location for families, couples, elderly and business travelers. The apartment has been created for your comfort, in the hope of giving you a feeling of home from the minute you open the door. The Morello living room is comfortably furnished with a comfortable sofa and a dining table for 4 people. Also a television with TV Vlaanderen (Belgium Channels), free WIFI, heating via radiators and air conditioning. And nevertheless, sliding doors to the covered terrace with beautiful sea views and views over the Salinas (salt lake with flamingos). The big terrace is located on the southwest corner which provides you with full sun from morning to beautiful sunset. Making this your favorite place during your vacation. The fully appointed kitchen includes a full sized refrigerator, range, dishwasher, a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all of the utensils that would be found at home. In short, you don’t have to go outside for a delicious meal! But a few steps away you will find enough restaurants. So the choice is yours! The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and air conditioning. In addition, the bedroom has also a private walk-out to the terras. Furthermore, the ensuite bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, sink and a toilet. The second bedroom has two twin beds, fitted wardrobe and air conditioning. In the hallway you will find the bathroom with a sink and toilet. How about a refreshing plunge in the grand sparkling pool? The apartment complex has a communal outdoor swimming pool (17 x 7 m) with a children’s pool. Apartment Morello is on the fifth floor. It has a well-kept entrance with a lift.
